Good Morning Everyone   : 

Today will be  3 of them since I won't post on Saturday and Sunday

1.  Whatever issues you are working on; know that one of the worst things you can do is berate
yourself with self-criticism

2.  it seems many of us want to be sure that our spouses or living partners understand how
difficult our lives really are

3.  The act of thinking about and discussing the negative events of the day is
tantamount to re-experiencing them.

Number 1 really hits home with me.  I am VERY intolerant of incompetence in others, but moreso in myself.  I am truly my own worst critic!!

Darla,

Number 3 really hits home with me. I know if something is bothering me, or has bothered me... and I talk to someone else about it (aka ***** about it).... I become reaggravated. I need to learn to let things go and not allow minor irritations to continue to upset me.
