Okay, how'd you do since this a.m.?

I've had 3 more 16 oz. bottles of water. I have one more bottle here in the office and a 32 oz. bottle of Powerade Zero in the car that I'll drink on the way home.

If you haven't gotten your fluids in, use this as a reminder and DRINK!!!!

don't you fret non hon........the watered down crystal light is doing well for me.....I use one tub of crystal light for every gallon of water. That's all I drink when I'm at home.......

So no fluids during the day just coffee? Then when you go home you have crystal light? Men need to process the uric acid in their system and pee it out you need fluids other than coffee throughot the day. You are going to get major calcifications and uric acid buildup.
