THE FEED BAG
Yesterday for me:
Breakfast: Cheese and broc omlet and one turkey sausage link......YUM!!!
Snack: Watermelon and some yogurt
Lunch: One taco with cheese, lettuce and onion and some more watermelon
Snack: Crab meat and cucumbers
Dinner: Salad with red onions crab meat cucumbers and even a chicken strip
All my fluids and vitamins

B- 16 oz coffee 1 slice of whole wheat bread with Cream Cheese
L- homemade Northern bean soup with ham & beef neck bones 3/4 cup yummo
D- 3 oz meatloaf with 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes and corn
snacks throughout the day 1 small homemade corn muffin with shedds spred
1 string cheese, one small clementine and 1 tbsp of peanut butter
88 oz of fluids and all my vitamins

I was a bad boy this weekend. For some reason when I go to bed, I can't sleep unless I get up and have a snack and then go back to bed. It's wierd and it just started happening the past couple nights.....I think it has to do with me eating later in the day and starting later.
b - cottage cheese (I'm up to about 1.5 cups of that stuff) and a couple triscuits
l - ricotta cheese, veggie chicken patty, pizza sauce, parmesan and mozarella cheese baked in the oven.
d - a cup of kashi
all my fluids and vits.
OH! I found out something really interesting that I learned over ont he GLBT board. Take some ff/sf pudding powder and mix about half the packet in your greek yogurt! it's so yummy!!!! If you do the chocolate pudding powder and mix it in, it tastes just like chocolate cheesecake!!!! I'm going to try the vanilla today.
