Unfortunately, I have nothing really substantial to contribute, as most of my diet last week consisted of bland foods and LOTS of fluids.

So, let me live vicariously through all of you!!!  What did YOU eat?

Yesterday for me:

Breakfast: Cheese and broc omlet and one turkey sausage link......YUM!!!

Snack: Watermelon and some yogurt

Lunch: One taco with cheese, lettuce and onion and some more watermelon

Snack: Crab meat and cucumbers

Dinner: Salad with red onions crab meat cucumbers and even a chicken strip

All my fluids and vitamins

B- Protein Shake
L-Protein shake
D- 1/2 Chicken Wrap ( per April's yummy recipe)
S-SF fruit bar

all vitamins most of my water

B - Eggbeaters omlet w/ cheese, greenpeppers, onion, tomato
S-Protein Bar
L-Homeade spaghetti w/ turkey burger meat sauce and whole grain pasta!
S-a few grapes
D-Tukey & Cheese wrap
Late night snack - crackers w/ peanut butter. (and honestly I really ate *to* much of these)  :-(

B- 16 oz coffee  1 slice of whole wheat bread with Cream Cheese

L- homemade Northern bean soup with ham & beef neck bones 3/4 cup yummo

D- 3 oz meatloaf with 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes and corn

snacks throughout the day 1 small homemade corn muffin with shedds spred
1 string cheese,  one small clementine and 1 tbsp of peanut butter

88 oz of fluids and all my vitamins

I was a bad boy this weekend.  For some reason when I go to bed, I can't sleep unless I get up and have a snack and then go back to bed.  It's wierd and it just started happening the past couple nights.....I think it has to do with me eating later in the day and starting later.

b - cottage cheese (I'm up to about 1.5 cups of that stuff) and a couple triscuits

l - ricotta cheese, veggie chicken patty, pizza sauce, parmesan and mozarella cheese baked in the oven.

d - a cup of kashi

all my fluids and vits.

OH!  I found out something really interesting that I learned over ont he GLBT board.  Take some ff/sf pudding powder and mix about half the packet in your greek yogurt!  it's so yummy!!!!  If you do the chocolate pudding powder and mix it in, it tastes just like chocolate cheesecake!!!!  I'm going to try the vanilla today.

Hmmm..............that's weird, but I wouldn't say bad.  Unless, of course, you're asking to be punished for it!!!!

I find that I can't go to bed without a hot cup of something - tea or skim milk with Splenda.  I guess it's a comfort thing!

I'm good...just tired because of so many things going on at work...up and out of the house early and home late.  SUCKS to be me right now...things SHOULD (should being the operative word) slow down within the next couple of weeks....I hope.
