3 THINGS FOR MONDAY!

Or, as I like to call it, "She Lives - The Sequel!!"  I'm back to work today, still not feeling 100%, but feeling much better than I did after Stomach Bug, Part II!!!  Man, that was some nasty stuff!!!!!  I've got SO much to catch up on here at work that I may not be on as much as normal today.

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  It's snowing!!!  WOO-HOO!!!  Of course, like anyone, I hate driving in this and really don't want the weather to get too bad, but I so want KB to have some snow to play in!!  It's flurrying here in Pikesville and looks SO pretty!

2.  Powerade Zero - Thank God Kathy turned me onto this several months ago - I should've bought stock in that and the Walmart version of Crystal Light - those are the only things that kept me hydrated last week.

3.  That no matter how much I ***** about it, I have a job.  I just found out that a friend of mine who has 18 years on the job, is being transferred to State Personnel HQ in Baltimore City come July, and the job that her supervisor, who has 20 years on the job, now holds, will be abolished come July.  YIKES!!!  NO ONE IS SAFE!!!  Thanks, Governor, for balancing the State budget on OUR backs.

Glad to see you posting. And I agree about having a job!

1. I lost four more pounds this week! that makes it 109.2 lbs lost total!

2. I am feeling so much better than I have been. Things are looking up!

3. I didn't fight with my husband this weekend! lol

FYI in regard to the job 9 of Mikes friends are losing their jobs due to the economy and two of our family members too. It makes me SICK!! This is why Mike is grateful that he works for the Federal Government. He is guarnteed to retire from there. We feel so blessed.

I had a busy fun filled weekend - hope everyone else did as well.

1.  Reformer Pilates class tonight -  teacher was sick last week so I can not wait to get back on that machine ( gasp did I say I was looking forward to exercise???   Whoda ever thought that !!!)

2.    That I was able to spend some one on one time with my niece
yesterday -  other then  the "I wish" , " I want", " can we get"
as we walked the Pet expo things were great LOL _ I escaped
with only 40 bucks spent including the  admission . - though if she
had her way it would have been 140 LOL  Her parents have totally
spoiled her but fortunatly there were no tantrums LOL

3.  That I exercised 5 days last week :  Need to work on that LOL
but Friday and Saturday were too funfilled to even think of the gym.

So what did you buy at the Pet Expo?  Not that Happy needs ANOTHER thing, but well, a puppy can't have too many chew toys, I guess!!!  LOL!!!

At the quarter Auction I won a Hannah Montana tin filled with Popcorn
Jessica loves it LOL  -  I also won a Home Interior Candle and vase and
a set of 5 bracelets from Cookie Lee LOL --  a WOW moments -  they
fit over my hand - I still find it amazing how Wow moments still pop up
every now and then.

Yesterday I bought Cuddles a new bandana for Valentines day LOL
Its cute pink with red hearts -  Jessicas dog got 2 new bandanas ( she could not
make up her mind between Disney and the princess diva one)

I also bought Jessica a marionette ( sp?) of a black and white dog and she
did a sand art angel.  We went back and picked up my sister and went to
Pizza Hut for dinner 0-  Jessica had 3 A's on her last report card and had
to use the coupon by the end of this month for her free personal pan.

It was really nice spending some time with them.
