Hey little brother thats just your body taking a rest for a little while it will start back up soon. I am at a week long standstill also but i am not discouraged at all so hang in there it will kick in again soon I have confidence in you.

Just a thought - how about holding off on the Stevia and any new products you might have introduced between Xmas and now?  Maybe there's something in there lurking that's keeping you on an even keel.......

yeah I didn't buy any more stevia.....so I'm back on Splenda and pretty much holding my diet steady......in the past couple days I have introduced working out again so I'm hoping that will jar my body back into losing mode again.
