  2. Add water, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and onion salt and simmer 2-4 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup taco meat, 2 tablespoons cheese, lettuce, tomato, and hot pepper sauce.

Variation Instructions:
If you need to watch your sodium intake, use onion powder instead of onion salt.

I tolerate the lean beef fine in tacos and chili but some may want to use ground chicken or turkey. ;o)

Jilly,

Have you tried this recipe yet?  It seems like it is spicy so I am sure Gino would love to try it.  I am not into spicy foods.
Thanks for sharing!

Hi honey. Yeah Mike made some last week but not as spicy. It still had a kick though let me tell ya. lol I am allowed to have a few sips of water if I need them with meals so I try and save it for stuff like that. My nut just said not to gulp any beverage with meals. But I tolerated it really well. ;o)
