Thanks Heather for posting the feedbag while we were MIA. 
So tell me what did you all eat  yesterday?

B- egg cheese bagle 16 oz coffee 1/2 hashbrown

L- oatmeal made with 1/2 cup of 2% milk splenda and cinnamon

D- 3/4 cup of homemade lasagna lots of mozarella and ricotta cheese yummy!

S- 2 small clementines, string cheese and a granola bar (these throughout the entire day)


89 oz of fluid and all my vitamins

my meals yesterday are starting to hit brick walls.  I know I've been very good at not straying off my diet and I eat the same things over and over again and I don't mind it but yesterday I did  LOL

so here's what I had yesterday

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - greek yogurt and kashi

d - bag of microwave popcorn and some cottage cheese  (the popcorn was 94% fat free and it actually had 10 greams of protein in it!)

100+ ounces of fluids and all my vits

Are you gettin bored with the foods you are eating?

I love popcorn but I can't stand the fat free one.  lol
Goona have to try the darn greek yogurt I keep forgetting to look for it everytime I go to walmart.  I am going to write a note and post it on my forhead this weekend. lol

Well you know I figure eating popcorn is ok as long as I make it into my meal rather than a snack because there's no snacking in baseball!!!!  LOL  (extra points if you know the variation of that quote is from)

I went to the walmart at Spring Mills, WV the other day and they didn't carry fat free greek yogurt.....I can only find it at the hagerstown super wal mart.  not sure about down where you are.

they only carry the OIKOS brand.  They little white containers with blue lettering and designs on them.  they used to carry the big tubs of it up here in hagerstown but lately I can only get the single serving sizes.

oh that quote is from "A League of their Own"  the actual quote is "There's no crying in baseball!" said by Tom hanks as he yelled at one of the girls for getting the ball and throwing to the wrong person.

D- Chicken tortilla wrap (OMGosh these are soooo good. And the recipe was really easy!)

After workout snack - protein bar

All my fluids and vitamins!

ok for the wraps :)

requires:
1lb bonless skinless chicken breast
1 cup salsa
8oz sour cream (I used 0% greek yogurt instead)
1 small green pepper
1 med tomato
1/2 a med red onion
1 packet Taco seasoning mix
6 low carb tortillas ( I use the WRAP-ITZ low carb tortillas and they have like 5 grams of protein!!)
3/4 cup to 1 cup shredded lowfat mexican chesse

Preheat oven to 350. Dice chicken into small cubes and brown. Mix with the taco seasoning. Dice green pepper, tomato, and onion, set aside. Mix 1/2 cup of salsa with the 8oz of sour cream (I only used 6oz since I used a container of greek yogurt). Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Take each tortilla and coat the inside of the tortilla with the sour cream/salsa mixture. Fill with taco seasoned chicken and veggies. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat for each tortilla. Once they are all rolled up and lined in the baking dish cover with the other 1/2 cup salsa. Bake for 15 mins. After that take it out and sprinkle cheese over top and bake for an additional 5 minutes. YUMMO!! and healthy!
