I want to just pop in and wish Heather all the best today.  I will definitely keep her in my prayers.  It is absolutely an exciting day for her.  By no means do I want to bring any negativity to her big day, but I just wanted to remind you to keep in mind that there is never an end of the journey.  The journey will be ongoing for the rest of our lives. We are all faced with challenges every day.  Heather's new challenge will be to maintain her total new look after ps today.  I have no doubt she will do fantastic.

Oh I am so happy for her!  i wish her nothing but the best and hope that she will not be in too much pain afterwards!  It'll be interesting to hear what she has to say afterwards because i'm going to do the same thing in a year or so along with thighplasty and male breast reduction.  I'm so excited for her!  sending good vibes!!!!

Looking great buddy!!!  Your new avatar is amazing.  BTW, don't you dare get a male breast reduction.  It's 2009, don't you know male breasts are in?  lol.  Keep up the great work.

thank you so much Andy :)  male breasts are IN?  then man I should be popular because mine's about to drag the floor  LMAO!!!!  I finally got in a 2 mile walk in 30 minutes!  I'm so pleased with that :)  then I did 3 miles on the bike!  I did make the mistake of doing leg presses afterwards and my knees weren't having it.  Gotta make an appointment with the orthopedist again and get cortisone again for both knees this time.

Thank you Aaron.......I will definitly tell her tommorow that when she is feeling good enought to sit at the computer to let you know. The only thing she is worried about it drains. She was lucky to not have any after her RNY and now she will have 4 of them so that is the only thing she said worried her.

I will post an update tonight after I talk to her Mom.
