Daily Workout!!! FRIDAY ADDITION!!!!
I have to toot my own horn this morning. Last night I exercised. I am still sore from being on my feet all day Tuesday but i went and did it. Not only that but I did alot! I did ten minutes on this elliptical thing then did 35 minutes on the treadmill. I even jogged over 5 minutes at a time!!! I ended up doing 2 miles in 32.5 minutes. that is almost a fifteen minute mile. i was so impressed with myself. I hope to keep pushing myself to get better.
Today I am going to try to get to bally's and swim. I am sore from yesterday! Keep your fingers crossed I will make it today.

That is so awesome!! You really have been doing great with your excersize!! I am scared to try the elliptical. I tried it once at 330/340ish lbs and just couldnt do it, so I feel overwhelmed by it and havent got back on it. I usually get my cardio from step aerobics or kickboxing so I am going to the gym tonight for an hour of step aerobics and prob some time on the bike after that.

I am so proud of you for keeping the exercise post going and also for caring enough about yourself to put in the effort every day to get to the gym to better your health. You should be proud of yourself as well.
For me, I've got to get back on track. I have my Philadelphia Broad Street 10 mile run coming up in May and I'm no where near ready. I'm going to hit the road today and try to get in three miles and increase it a mile a wee****il the race.
It's actually supposed to be in the 50's today, a great day to get outside and move. Have a great day everybody.

Congrats Nicole! You are amazing. Even though you were sore, I suspect that moving those sore muscles is better than over-resting them. Way to go!

Tonight, I am going to try the weight circuit and treadmill again. After the problem I had with my knee on Wednesday, I am a little tentative about it. However, I stopped and picked up a knee brace on the way into the office this AM. I am hoping that a little extra support will help me avoid the pain I felt on Wed. Right now, my knee is feeling fine.

Well I didn't get to workout last night because I was on call for work BOO!!! so now I'm working from home today, I'm already dressed in my gym clothes and will be working out tonight. I'll do 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike and then work on my upper body with weights since the weights are killing my knees.
Good for you Nic! I am os very proud of you.
