Darla,

Sorry to hear bout Tia. Poor woman is going through alot all at once.

1. I was able to go to work today without feeling as bad as i thought i would with all the walking I did yesterday.

2. My bed is waiting for me when I get home. Me, bed, tv. YES!!!

3. I was able to fit into my tub last night to soak the pain away. 100 lbs ago I could not do that.

It's almost 1pm only four more hours til I get to experience #2!!!

I know what you mean about fitting in the tub:  18 months ago it was a struggle
to stand back up in the tub:  everytime I have a "Calgon" day I thank God for my WLS.

And # 2 -- You forgot to add the furbabies LOL

Fitting in the tub?? I would love to be thankful for that one, but maybe a year from now I will give it a go. :)

1)  I am thankful that I got approved for surgery.
2) I am thankful  that I have so many people here to support me through this.
3) My wonderful family and friends

The tub????!!!! I had not even thought about the tub! I have been used to (and perhaps conditioned to) the shower that I never even think of a tub bath. OOOHHHHH! I may have to schedule some time to try that one! Thanks for a lovely idea (and of course congrats!)

you know I'm the same way.....I always forget the tub......the last time I tried i had about an inch of water in the bottom and I could only fit in the tub laying on my side and the water was already spilling over the edge  LMAO!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

Man, I can't wait to be able to get in the tub! Actually, I can get in now, it's getting OUT that's the hard part! LOL

1. Only 5 days left until my surgery! Woot! Just as long as there's nothing weird going on with my bloodwork I am all set to go!

2. I have a great hubby. He's laid off for the month of January, but he's been the best house hubby. I haven't had to clean or cook at all since he's been home. I'm getting spoiled!

3. I finally got my FMLA approval at work. It only took them a month! What a relief it was to finally get that!

Have a great day everyone!

Brandi,

Good luck with your upcoming surgery. Let us know how it goes. It will give me hope for mine!!

Aaron,

Everytime I read your posts I am laughing so hard. Thank you for the comic relief. You should give the tub another try, it will be a whole new experience with water in it!!
