B- coffee s/f vanilla creamer & splenda
Oatmeal made with 2% milk
S- Small clementine
L- 2 tablespoons of shells & cheese 3 chicken nuggets
S- 1/2 green apple
D- 6 medium shrimps sauteed with fresh string beans
S- cream cheese on 1 whole wheat bread
96 oz of fluids and all my vitamins

good morning Cira :)
Yesterday I had
b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal
l - cottage cheese with 6 olives and 1/2 palm full of peanuts
d - veggie burger with a slice of ff cheddar, two sticks of string cheese and about 4 triscuits
100 ounces of fluids and all my vitamins including a newly started fiber regiment......thank god I'm working from home today LOL
