Daily Workout (For Nic)

Nic is at the Mall right now witnessing history being made. So I will post the daily workout for today.

Today I plan to walk for 1 hour on the treadmill and do 45 minutes of circuit training.

I'm planning on joining Deb in the pool but I will at least do my treadmill ( 45 min)
