B- 16 oz coffee, english muffin with shedds spread 1 slice of deli honey ham and a slice of american cheese
L- 3 oz chicken salad with 4 Ritz Toppers
D- 4 oz Tuna salad on a bed of lettuce (in tuna green peppers, onions, celery bread crumbs and tomatoes)
S- throughout the day--- 1 string cheese, 1 orange, 3 vanilla sandwich cookies
100 oz of fluid and all my vitmains

Protein drink (All of it 6 punces)
Seedless grapes
Chili with 2 saltines (Mike made a HUGE pot)
Salmon with stuffing
All my vitamins and other pills.
46 oz of fluid. Not as much as I usually drink
Today so far:
Protein drink
Maryland crab soup with few saltines
3 cups of hot tea and reg tea
about to sip on water LOL
Protein drink (All of it 6 punces)

B: Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Crisp bar
L: 1 cup Healthy Choice Chicken Tortilla Soup, 2 oz. turkey rolled up with 1 slice turkey bacon and tomato, 1 SF reese peanut butter cup
D: 3 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup lentils, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli with 1 Tsp smart balance
all morning sipped 24 oz. Nectar Roadside Lemonade mixed with lemonade Crystal Light
60 oz. water and all my vits........worked out at the gym (12 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike)
