Good morning!!!  I had my first solid food yesterday!!!  LOL!!!!!  Well, since Thursday, anyway!!

B - Grilled cheese sandwich

L - Chicken souvlaki pita

D - Chili with Greek yogurt

Yes, all my fluids and vits, too!!

NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B- 2 cups of coffee and 3 SF peanut butter cookies

L- Ham & Cabbage

D- Turkey, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes & corn

S- 4 multigrain crackers,
     1 strawberry smoothie with vanilla SF ice cream

My vitamins & a bottle of flavored water.

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and quaker weight control oatmeal....cinnnnnnnnamon

l - ff cottage cheese with 6 olives

d - vegetarian chicken patty with a slice of cheese and two sticks of string cheese to sop up the extra low carb ketchup with and a handful of ka****LC cheese crackers.

B- 16 oz coffee, english muffin with shedds spread 1 slice of deli honey ham and a slice of american cheese

L- 3 oz chicken salad with 4 Ritz Toppers

D- 4 oz Tuna salad on a bed of lettuce (in tuna green peppers, onions, celery bread crumbs and tomatoes)

S- throughout the day---  1 string cheese, 1 orange, 3 vanilla sandwich cookies

100 oz of fluid and all my vitmains

WOOHOO...glad you're back on solids.  I hear ya!

Yesterday:

B - Yogurt, pineapple, protein powder shake

L - Shrimp Alfredo - no pasta

D - Spaghetti sauce with italian sausage

All my fluids, all my vits...

Yesterday:

Protein drink (All of it 6 punces)

Seedless grapes

Chili with 2 saltines (Mike made a HUGE pot)

Salmon with stuffing

All my vitamins and other pills.

46 oz of fluid. Not as much as I usually drink

Today so far:

Protein drink

Maryland crab soup with few saltines

3 cups of hot tea and reg tea
about to sip on water LOL

Yesterday.............

B:  Atkins Advantage Peanut Butter Crisp bar

L:  1 cup Healthy Choice Chicken Tortilla Soup, 2 oz. turkey rolled up with 1 slice turkey bacon and tomato, 1 SF reese peanut butter cup

D:  3 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup lentils, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli with 1 Tsp smart balance

all morning sipped 24 oz. Nectar Roadside Lemonade mixed with lemonade Crystal Light

60 oz. water and all my vits........worked out at the gym (12 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike)
