Good morning we all have been falling of the wagon so being acoountable is a good start to get back on track.
Yesterday:
B- 16oz coffee with vanilla chai spice, egg, cheese & ham on 2 slice whole wheat bread
L- 5 small meetballs with 2 table spoos of rice (these meetballs are the ones made for parties they are sweet and I could not help myself)
D- 2 oz potatoe salad, 2 oz of chicken salad, 3 meetballs
S- throughout the day...1 apple, 3 cubes colby jack cheese, 1 square 2"x2 piece of (baby shower cake)
96 oz of fluids and all vitamins

B: Fiber One Fulfill Bar
L: 2 oz. chicken breast chopped up with sauteed peppers and onions and topped with salsa and cheddar cheese
D: (football game festivities) 4 oz. shrimp with ****tail sauce, 1/2 turkey sausage with sauteed peppers and onions
throughout the day: Nectar Roadside Lemonade mixed with Nectar Strawberry Kiwi in 24 oz. of water
S: Edy's NSA vanilla bean ice cream.......first time i've tried this flavor and didn't care for it at all. It was powdery in my mouth and was making me cough......I figure i ate about 1/4 cup of it and then gave up (which is probably the first time in my life that I didn't eat all of my ice cream!)
All my vits and 64 oz. water
