WOOOOHOOOO 40.8 pounds gone forever.....

I hit the 40 pound lost mark yesterday afternoon. I am completely at awe. I started this thing a little skeptical about the band, but that has since changed. I haven't even had my first fill yet that comes on February 6th. I am now eating crow because I was against the band and i think that was because I had my heart set on the sleeve. No new pics yet because I can't see but a little of the weight loss. Everybody else has told me they can see it but as alot of you know yourselves we don't see it as soon as others and I guess thats because we have carried the weight so long. At this point I am happy so far....

Oh Dusty! I am so happy for you and proud of you too! I remember all of the frustrations you went through before hand. I am so glad it all worked out and you are now getting the new best life that you worked so hard to get!

Congratulations Dusty!  You're doing GREAT!  Looks like we will be getting our first "fills" around the same time....you on Feb 6 and me on Feb 10.  I am down 35 lbs and feel just as you do...I dont see it as much as everyone else does....I think that's pretty common.  Well take care for now...
