WOW thank you honey :)  I'm starting to notice the changes in my body.  for many months I still see the fat me and sometimes now I still see the fat me because really my body hasn't changed....it's just a smaller version of what it used to look like.  So my body has changed but the shape of it hasn't changed if that makes any sense.  I guess that's the reason why so many people don't notice it right off the bat.  Actually someone told me today that i look like I'm 230 or 220 instead of 284 which made me feel pretty good LOL

sometimes it's really hard to take compliments still.  I find it quite hard to react to the good things people say.  It's like I play the whole thing down  LOL

Congrats Aaron that is so awesome! I pulled out some of my clothes recently that used to be to small for me, thinking maybe they would fit now and they dont. THEY ARE TOO BIG NOW!! I looked ridiculous in them. I couldnt believe it!! I love these moments!

oh that's awesome April!  isn't it a great feeling?????  I actually brought home from my parents my old high school jacket and it fits ;)
