Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffee, scrambled eggs with cheese and ham
S- a small clementine
L- S/F Oatmeal made with 2/3 cup of 2% milk
D- hotdog with baked bean 1/2 bun 1/3 cup of corn
S- string cheese, 1/2 cup of yogurt, then late night I had 1/2 cup of homemade lentil soup.
All my water and all my vitamins.

Hi sweetie. Lets see today so far for me is
Breakfast: Protein drink 23 grams protein *WOOT WOOT*
Snack: 2 strawberries with Cool Whip (with Splenda)
Lunch Wendys Chili with 2 saltine crackers YUM!
I took all my morning vitamins and have had 2 glasses of water and 1 of tea already. ;o)
I think tonight Mike is making orange roughie for me with some cauliflower and applesauce. ;o)

S: Nectar protein powder with 20 oz. h2o
L: Small chili and 3/4 of side garden salad with light ranch (from wendy's), 1 piece SF russell stover caramel pecan candy
D: 3 oz. salmon with tatziki, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts, 1/4 tomato
S: 1/2 hard boiled egg and 2 SF popsicles
