Hi all,

so i exercised two days in a row. I'm very proud of myself! but now my legs feel like they may come off so today i probably won't exercise. i may do some stretching or arm work but nothing w/ my legs!

How bout you?

Just my bowling :  so tonight I will have to get some leg work in -  the arms  got plenty

I made it the gym last night a planned. Tonight I have my pool classes. I always try very hard to not miss them!
