3 things for HUMPDAY
Good Morning everyone
Still feeling like H**L here Darn cold
1. That I was able to take off yesterday and run by dad around to two Dr's
It is not his heart THANK GOD - I think the Drs are thinking a gastro problem.
2. THAT THE RAVENS WON !!!!!!!!!
3. That my coworkers again came thru for me - I can actually see my desk top.
HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!!!

get lots of rest tonight. that should help you get over your cold. poor thing.
1. i just got approved to become a support group leader. the training starts next month. I can't wait!
2. i actually feel really good. i exercised last night and it made me feel great. i have to keep that in mind the days i want to skip it. natural high!
3. i think i may have figured out what i wanna do with my life. I will pursue becoming a social worker. go back to school eventually. i have lots of stuff to do to get into school beforehand but if i know that is what i am going to do, going to my current job every day is alot less stressful cuz there will be an end date!

Giant is dispensing free antibiotics and I hope the dr gives me a RX for one.
I have gone to bed early the last 2 nights and I've really needed the sleep.

Tia and her parents are fighting a stomach bug: She was doing a little better late
yesterday afternoon. Her boss told her he didn't want to see her at work till next week
so at least she has an understanding boss.
When you are at the dr's pick up a perscription for me would you -- sounds like
I have whatever you do!! I swear my voice is three octives lower then normal LOL

Good Morning, everyone!
I am sorry that so many of you are under the weather. I hope that these colds and bugs pass by quickly! (I also hope that these things stay away from me!)
Today, I am thankful that...
1 - I don't have any meetings today. I have been having a lot of trouble getting up in the AM. It is causing me to run about an hour later than I normally like to. Fortunately, there was nothing pressing this AM when I did not get up until almost 6:30AM (The clock started at 5AM!). I was able to check-in online from home while getting ready. Whew! I don't know what this is, but I hope I snap out of it soon!
2 - Another Greeat Workout! - I know I am repeating myself when I say how much I love the 2 pool classes I take. I always feel so good afterwards. And that feeling always carries over into the next day (TODAY!). I also find that, while still tempted) I am stronger at resistung the urge to overeat on these days. Consistent, regular exercise really is key to me staying "together".
3 - For all of my family and friends and, of course, all of you!

Happy Wednesday everyone
1. I start my line dancing class at the MAC tonight
2. I am starting an online journaling class today
3. I added more oats to my shake this morning at 6:15 am and did not get the urge to eat a snac****il 10:15. That is good for me so now I know more oats hold me longer. That is why the journaling class....so my body can speak to me and let me know what works for her.
my snack is the greek yogurt with the ranch dressing and baby carrots. I'm not lovin it but it is ok.
