3 Things for Tuesday

Good Morning All

I hope you all feel better then I do at the moment:  This cold is kicking my ASS

1.  Tylenol Cold Night time

2.  That as bad as I feel I did manage to get to the gym last night: did my cardio/weight circuit
and the reformer pilates class

3.  That I have a job where the world won't end if I don't make it into work -- Like today

Ok Everyone :  I'm headed back to bed -  I'll check in later

you made it to the gym? I am impressed. I didn't :( I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I will today though. I have to push myself. yeesh

1. i feel ok mentally today. its been a struggle for awhile now and i'm glad I don't have to consciously stop myself from feeling bad!

2. I WILL GO TO THE GYM TODAY. NO EXCUSES

3. the many second chances i've had to do better for myself. keep coming second chances, i need you.

Today I am grateful that...

1. I'm going to the linedancing class tonight.

2. I've been fairly busy at work.

3. I got a prescription for an anti-depression medicine and I'm looking forward to it stabilzing my moods and depression.

as for the dression med make sure to give it time to feel like it is working. It needs to be in your system for atleast 3 to 4 weeks to feel a change. Just know that we are here for you if you need to talk or anything.

Thanks Cira,

I appreciate all of your support. I've never been on depression meds before although I know I've needed them for a very long time. It was just really difficult for me to admit to myself that as happy as I appear to others, I really do need some help.
