Yesterday:
B- 12 oz coffe vanilla Chai Spice, splenda egg cheese hand ham on a whole grain bagle
L- 4 oz Stuffed crab on flounder with broccoli w/cheese 2 tablespoon of mashed potatoes
S- small tangerine
D- 4oz Stuffed crab flounder with broccoli w/cheese and corn
S-String cheese, banana
All my water (fluids) and vitamins
Next!

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Double choc protein drink with 25g protein
Lunch Crabcake with 2 steak fries(BAKED)
Snack Sugar Free Jello (Cherry) with Fat free cool whip
Dinner Chili again from Wendys....my pouch LOVES IT! And I was NEVER a chili eater LOL
Snack: 2 Ritz crackers with Jif smooth PB on them. YUM!
All vitamins, Actigall, Protonix and water!! I actually went to Wal*Mart anad got a special water bottle that holds 8 full glasses of water. I pre fill it the night before and drink it the next day. When its empty I know I ROCKED IT! LOL
Today

Snack: 2 whole strawberries with some cool whip....HEAVENLY! LOL
Dinner: I am having a KFC tender roast breast (Hey its on my post op what to eat list) LOL

That is awesome on tha****er bottle! I need to go buy one. You know it does not all have to be water right? Take your 8 or 16 oz water and add your a/f flavor drinks. The Great value (walmart) flavors are awesome sugar free and 0 calories. Better than Crystal lite.

Thanks honey. I am doing so much better. I love the tender roast and it sits so well with my pouch too.
Yup I filled the bottle up with ice tea the other day and water mixed with protein for tomorrow. hahaha I dont like crystal light at all. I would rather drink Mikes homemade ice tea ALL DAY! hahaha
