Everyone gave you great advice. 
I just want to say that if we all didn't have these issues do you think we would need this surgery? I did the very same thing before surgery.  But believe it when we say that after surgery you will not be able to eat is mass quantities. Your pouch will not let you.  You will focus on developing a way of life.  Do not beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day and you will try to do better.

Thank you everyone!! Your posts have made me feel so much better. Plus I was good tonight and ate that panini sandwich with pineapple on the side.
