Daily Workout!!! MONDAY ADDITION!!!!

I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I am happy cuz my eagles won and your raven's won too. maybe we will both be in the superbowl?!?!?!
Friday when I swam, it was alot harder than I remember. I guess more than a month of not exercising will do that! Today I brought clothes so after work i will go to the work gym and do some treadmill and weights.

Tonight is Pilates Reformer night. I always look forward to that. Our trainer mentioned last week that she would be focusing on the upper body this week. That is an area where I am very weak. I did the weight circuit and the treadmill on Friday night and that was a bit of an eye opener for me. With the holidays and all, even though I kept up with my Pilates and pool classes, I really had not kept up with the weight circuit and treadmill. I really felt the differenence after Friday. The weight circuit was expecially a challenge for me. I have to do this more often. I also tried 2 of the free Comcast exercise routines this weekend at home. They weren't bad, but not enough of a workout for me.

I am so glad that you went back to exercising. It will get better again.
Today I am planning to do one hour on the tread mill and then do some toning exercises.

TONIGHT IS GYM NIGHT. 20 MINUTES OF TREADMILL THEN SOME WEIGHTS. NOT MUCH SINCE I REALLY DO THAT WITH MY TRAINER THURSDAY NIGHTS BUT IT KEEPS ME DOING SOMETHING IN THE GYM AND NOT JUST WALKING THE TREADMILL

I did work out 4 days last week, but slept in on Friday. I was moderately active around the house on Saturday but basically a slug yesterday.
The clock went off at 4:45 a.m. and I rolled over .. no work out for me this a.m. So tonight it will be go home .. change .. start dinner and do the walking at home thing! Can't let this get out of the routine.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
