Benefit from a post entitled:

WATER CHECK!!!   ???

We (any of us), could randomly post it throughout each day.  It might serve as a reminder to DRINK to your health.

I'll go first today, and if there's interest, we'll pick it up again on Monday:

So far today:

48 oz. coffee

16 oz. protein shake

96 oz. diet iced tea

16 oz. of plain water

Total:  176 oz.

More on the ride home!!!

And.....if no one wants to participate, it's okay - my feelings won't be hurt (much!).

Have a great weekend!!!!  Heading out the door!!!

8 oz. of cappucino flavored protein (made from water)

3 oz. of water with lemon

10 oz. of Special K O2 protein water mix (plan on finishing the whole 16.9 oz. in the next few minutes if it kills me!!)

I think it is worthwhile trying for a while to see how it goes. I would imagine that there is a mixture of folks who have the fluids under control and others who struggle with it. For those who are struggling, a daily post (or periodic throughout the day) might help them establish a schedule. For those who have the fluids under control, there may be ideas or techniques they use that could help others. I say, try it and see what happens. It does not hurt to try something new and it also does not mean that you have to stick with it if it does not work out.

Tia,

Sure hope its not a long ride home.  Or, at least, I hope there is access to a public restroom on your ride home.

Did you ride home or float home!! Holy cow that's a lot of fluid! No dehydration for you!!

Well done!
