There was so much talk about all the wintry mix and nothing happened. The kids are a bit bummed yet again. Me I can do without since now post surgery I am always freezing but I was hoping for some snow for the kids. They are driving me batty asking when are finally going to get some. lol
Glad you are able to get some fun squeezed in for the weekend. Enjoy cleaning out your closets. I don't have any plans today but to just cuddle with my grandson when I get a chance to break away from Gia. lol
Have a great day with Mr. Mo!

I wouldn't mind some serious snow, as long as it didn't interfere with plans, and it got off my roads and sidewalks ASAP !!! I think snow in the winter on the ground is nicer than seeing ugly scraggly lawns! I'm not not a fan of the melting part when it melts and doesn't dry up, then freezes and gets icy.
It is now one o'clock and I haven't gotten near the closet yet. I vow I will get up from here as soon as I finish posting and move to the bedroom ... even if it is just to take a nap
Enjoy that beautiful baby boy !!!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

When I was about 9 months post op (give or take .. 4 years ago) I did a MAJOR purge and got rid of 9 HUGE bags of clothes .. all my work stuff .. wool skirts/blazers/blouses/dresses. Since then I have gotten rid of a few things, but for the most part I haven't been able to part with favorite tee shirts or sweat shirts and I know I can't possibly wear everything I've got so I am trying to cut the cord and get rid of some stuff. I am almost at the point where I need to turn the small spare bedroom into a walk in closet to accomodate my stuff .. while that is a good idea and I will probably do it anyway ... I still need to purge!
I realized earlier that we are going to be out while the game is on AND we will be over in PG County so it will be interesting to see the level of Ravens fans where we are ....
I've finished my pot of decaf and need to grab some bottles of water and Crystal light sticks and get busy here! I do really well with the water during the week, but weekends are a bit slack for me. But then, I do get 48 oz of decaf in me that I don't do during the week too.

I too feel the need to be outside. This cold weather is getting me down. I want to move around. Depending on the amount of chill I might brave a flea market. I need to get some things for the house.
LP is growing so fast. He is doing well. I had him Friday night and then dropped him to my son Saturday afternoon. I may also pick him up for the rest of the day.
I think I am in a constant state of cleaning closets. I am tired of all of the junk I have collected over the years. I just hate to throw things away. I may find a use for it "some day." After 20 years, someday came and went a few times.
Have a great weekend. Miss you.
