Hey sweetie! How did the meeting go last night? Can you share any of the recipes you all came up with. I would LOVE to add some new ones to my book. I think the PB CHOC one so far is the one where I cant taste ANY of the WHEY. THANK GOD! LOL In most of the smoothies I can a bit. ;o)

Sorry it took me so long to post.  Unfortunately, Thursday was a bust.  No one showed up.  Just me and Deb and while I really enjoy Deb's company, it is nice to see other's come out as well.  I think since we are such a small group, location is everything.  So we are still looking to find a permanent location that is accessible to everyone.

I love the PC Choc recipie also.
