THE FEED BAG
Happy Friday!!! As I stated in my other post, my dinner got stuck last night - REALLY stuck. The kind of stuck where you start making deals with God and then praying that he just takes you!!! LOL!!!! UGH!!! Here's hoping that doesn't happen again for a good long time!!!
B - Coffee with protein shake
Greek yogurt with cereal and banana
S - Apple
L - Salad with romaine, chicken, tomatoes and cukes
S - S/f pudding
D - Chicken with pasta, green beans and carrots
All my fluids and then some and all my vits!!

B- 2 cups of coffee with cream & equal
1 pack of Quaker Weight Control Yogurt with a 1/2 small box of raisins
L- Grilled Chicken Wrap with lettuce, cheese and ranch
S- Cheese Wedge
D- Chicken Noodle Soup
Grilled NY Strip Steak on a toasted roll with Lettuce, Tomato, Fried Onions & Mayo.
My Vitamins, -calcium, and 45 oz. fluids.
S?- 2 mixed drinks

B - protein shake
L - small bites of pork roast and a few baby carrots
S - 3 slices deli turkey w/one wedge laughing cow cheese
D - more pork roast and carrots
LNS - 10 oz. skim milk w/carnation instant breakfast
Most of fluids and vits (it's hard when you are sick and sleeping!!)
NEXT...
B- 12 Coffee w/ Vanilla Chai Spice creamer, 2/3 cup of Cream of Wheat made with 2% milk
S- String cheese
L- 3 chicken nuggets and 1/3 cup of cheesy rich with brocolli (Green Giant's Steamers)
D- 2/3 cup My favorite White bean homemade soup with beef in it. Yummy!
Then that horrible whole grain english muffin with pb& j
All my water, vitamins and my B12 shot! Yay!

16 oz water flavored with red grapefruit juice
L - Soup at Hand Creamy Parmesan Tomato Bisque with 1/2 cup of oyster crackers
16 oz water flavored with orange flavor
Snack - 2 ounces of cheese
16 oz water flavored with cran grap flavor
D - pureed oven baked chicken breast
Dessert - SF Creamsicle
Carnation Instant Breakfast No sugar added-wasnt in the mood to eat at all. LOL
Snack: (Which I am not suppose to do at all haha)
Luigis Cherry Italian Ice 4 oz cup
Lunch: Tuna Salad on 3 Saltines
Water and Ice Tea with lemon all day.
Dinner: 2 Chick fil A nuggets, a Chick Fil A fruit cup and some brown rice
Snack: Protein shake
