Hey girl!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Greek yogurt.  If you leave it plain, you can use it like sour cream - on top of refried beans, in tacos, as a dip, etc.

I generally sweeten mine with Splenda and add fresh or frozen berries and some granola-type cereal for crunch.  You could also flavor it with extracts.  It's very versatile!!!  They also make it with fruit, but it's much higher in carbs/sugars.

Enjoy!!!

I am usually scared to try new things, I am such a wimp. I brought the plain one from Giant that was on sale, I only brought 5 just to see if I would like it first.

Can you put it on top of a baked potatoe or mix in mashed potatoes?

I've used it on baked potatoes, but never mashed potatoes.  I also put it on top of chili!!!

I dunno...but I'll be looking for some responses so I can add something to mine as well!!  It's just sitting in my fridge waitin on me to try it!!  I've heard some people say they've added the no sugar added peaches...but I'm not a big peach fan

I always buy the unsweetened kind. I always sweeten it with Equal and add cereal or granola most often. I have been meaning to try it in recipes. Since it tastes like sour cream when left unsweetened, you can use it just like sour cream without the guilt. Just like Tia has suggested.

I sweeten mine with splenda, and add a tablespoon of raisins, slivered almonds (more protein) and a handful of Special K protein, or Kashi go lean crunch for the crunch. I love the stuff!

I also used it once sweetened with DiVinci caramel syrup and dipped apples in it. It was great!

I eat it much like Kathy T - usually granola cereal, a few raisins and some splenda.
I haven't yet tried it in any savory ways as a substitute for sour cream, but I'm sure it would be fine.  I like it because it keeps me full in the a.m.
