Good morning!!  My good eating habits continue!!  Thank God!!!!

Yesterday:

B - Coffee with protein drink
      Greek yogurt with cereal and banana

S - Apple

L - Salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, cukes, onions, mandarin oranges and Asian dressing

S - 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Light cheese

D - See lunch

S - Handful of peanuts, banana

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

Good Morning sweety, Anyway my day will be as follows.

B - 2 scrambled egg beaters and 24 grams of protein 1/2 hour apart.

L - 3 slices of deli turkey, unsweetened applesauce w/ a little miracle whip on the side for dipping the turkey in.

S - 24 grams of protein.

D - My normal baked gorton's fish filet w/ refried beans and salsa.

S - 24 more grams of protein.

 All my fluids and vitamins.

I'm glad I continued reading your lunch because I was almost grossed out when I saw "unsweetened applesauce w/a little miracle whip on the side....."!!!!!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein Shake

L - Turkey Chili w/cheese

S - Deli style turkey lunchmeat

D - nothing because I took a nap at 7:00 that last until this morning.

still got all my fluids and most of my vits in though!

PB -  2 cups coffee with SF vanilla caramel cream

Vits (minus 2 calciums)

B - 2 scrambled egg patties (found them in Walmart - cheaper than egg beaters)

Water with Fruit Punch Flavoring 16 oz

L - 8 ounces of pureed leftover New Years ham

S - Protein Shake & calcium

Late Afternoon Drink 32oz of Arizona Diet Green Tea

"Early" Dinner - 2 ounces of sharp cheese

S - calcium   ( I was so tired!!!!!)



It was my father in law's birthday so we did the run down to Annapolis while I nibbled on cheese and hung out for a while.  By the time I got back, I just wanted to climb into bed and sleep.

L - Meatloaf & grapes

D - Crabcake & salad


All My Vitamins & Water

Yesterday:

Before breakfast: Ice tea with fresh lemon and my vitamins for the day

Breakfast: Small mini bagel with Strwberry spread YUM

Snack:Few seedless grapes

Lunch: Broc with melted 2% cheese and chicken bites

Dinner: Halibut, spanish rice and one baked steak fry. YUMMMM!

PB and CHOC protein smoothie before bed. Drank it way too fast so I was uncomfy for a bit. But the taste was GREAT and it was over 50 grams of protein. WOOT WOOT!!!

And you know all through the day I drink water and ice tea!!
