O/T Welcoming our Grandson & Pics

Thank you all so much for the love, support and prayers that  you all have sent our way. 

Tara is exhausted but doing great.  She had a long labor and it took 2 and a half hours to push this baby out. The baby had a rough start but is doing so much better already.

Isaiah Jaylen was born 01-07-09 at 2:30am weighing in at 8lbs 8oz  and is 19 inches long.
he has the sweetest fat cheeks that i am dying to love on.  We didn't get to hold him last night because he gave us a little scare and they had to wisk him away to get him to breathe. 
Tara got to hold him this morning she was crying when she called me.

He was born with a fever of 101.6 had trouble breathing and still needs to be suctioned every so often to help him clear the gunk out.  He is being treated with antibiotics because they think he might had gotten an infection being that her water was ruptured for a good long while.  
Hopefully if he will do great and go home with Tara when she is discharged. Please keep your fingers crossed and send some prayers.

We are waiting for Gianna to get out of school so we can all go and see the baby.

Anyway he is my little Stud Muffin aka Cinnabun!  (That was what Tara craved for the last 2 months) LOL

Truly a blessing and a wonderful way to start off the new year!!!

But......O M G!!!!  He is sooooooooooooooooooo big, I expect he'll be ordering Happy Meals next week!!!!  LOL!!!

OMG HE IS PERFECT! AWWWWWWWWWW Ok I am seriously tearing up! That is one sweet baby! CONGRADS TO YOU ALL!!!! I know you just want to love on him!!!! He was a great weight and I hope his fever was just from that maconeum or whatever it is. All my babies had fevers due to that stuff getting in their lungs when they were born. I am sure he will bounce right back. IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU AND 
YOUR DAUGHTER!!!
