UPDATE ;Cira and Tara ; HE'S HERE

I got this report at around 8:00 last night : have not heard anything since

well still no baby! She has been 3 cm since this afternoon. So now she has an epidural after crying for a couple of hours. her contractions were big and ever 2 to 3 minutes. So now they started her on pitocin and some antimiotics just incase since they ruptured her membranes early this morning. I hope this baby makes his way soon. She has been getting these double contrations (like 2 humps on a camel's back) and the doctor says that usually happens when the head of the baby is not in the right position and he needs to rotate to come out. So maybe that is why it is taking so long. We are still hoping for a vagina birth. I will let you know when the baby is born.

UPDATE: Just got a call from an exhausted but very proud GRANDMOM:
I'll let her post the details later but just wanted to let everyone know
the baby finally arrived.

OMGOSH! That sounds like what I went through before and I was in labor 23 hours. Most of the time they wait until last minute to set up a c-section. Tara has to be just drained. I am praying for them all. ((((Hugs))))))
