Favorite Exercise DVDs anyone? and Why?
I am curious to find out what are the favorites with regards to those that are Post Op.
Some of the gyms I've checked out are rather expensive, so I'm trying to explore other options.
and no, I don't own a Wii yet although I hear good things about them!
Has anyone seen or have Weigh2Win? If so, what did you think?

I've got a collection of Yoga/Pilates type workout DVD's that have never even made it to the DVD plaer ... BUT I recently purchased the Leslie Sansome Walking Slim 5 CD set. I've started with the 2 mile fast start CD. It runs about 35 minutes which works into my morning schedule. I have managed to do it 3 days so far and it's simple and I do feel like I am getting an aerobic work out. Terry M mentioned getting the oldie - Richard Simmons Sweatin' the Oldies on DVD. I might look for that too for variety, tho I am better suited to walking than dance steps.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
