Lisa Z was telling me on here about those a while back. She hooked me up with all the neat treats we can have. LOL And lately I am ADDICTED to the LUIGIS LEMON/CHERRY REAL ITALIAN ICE CUPS! OMG 
THEY ARE SO DAMN GOOD!
Only 60 calories each and NO SUGAR ADDED! Made with SPLENDA . Each 4 oz cup has only 1 gram of sugar and no fat. LOVE THOSE and tolerate them so well. They are keeping me hydrated. But it HAS TO BE THE SPLENDA ONES! LOL ~Jilly~
