GM Everybody!

What's up in your world?  I didn't get to post yesterday, but I'm working from home today (as I do most Tuesdays) and figured I would post now.

How goes the eating, vitamins, supplements, protein and exercise?  Yesterday was a good day for me on all counts but the exercise.  I have some heavy duty things that are pre-occupying my mind right now (IRS Audit, Selling my House, Bills...you know the usual suspects!), but once I get them cleared up, I'll be figuring out ways to incorporate exercise into my daily life.  I'm even considering buying the Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies workouts on DVD (I have the old VHS tape version, but we don't have a VCR in the house).

Well I've got to run and get to work, I just wanted to check in.

Have a Wonderful Day!

Take Care,
Terry

I did a good job yesterday!! I ate healthy got all of my protein in, got all of my water in and worked out at the gym for 1 1/2 hours!  I can proudly say that in 2 years I have never missed a day of taking my vitamins (It's just a quick way to kill yourself if you don't). Other than the fact that I am pretty sore today it was all in all a good Monday.
It is good to see you back here and that life is going so wonderfully for you!

Hey g/f!!!!

It's a good day to be working from home today, with all the icy stuff happening or about to happen!!!

I'm doing really well - anticipating some not so much fun dental surgery next Thursday, but...it's a necessary evil, so what choice do I have?

I did REALLY well eating yesterday (I'll post more in the Feed Bag****IL...............last night.  My brother's friend sent me some of her famous pb fudge (you may have had some at my 40th bday party - she made a HUGE tray of it for that).   Anyway, I had a piece, certainly nothing like I would've have in the past, and promptly texted her with an "I HATE YOU!" lol!!!!

IRS AUDIT? Holy cow!!!  A personal or work audit?  YIKES!!!  Just what you need on top of everything else!!!

Let's try to get together after the 22nd - I SHOULD be healed up by then!!!

Hugs,
T

((( Good morning Terry )))

I am trying to get back on that exercise train myself!   I gave up my Big Vanilla membership because I just wasn't using it effectively (as in haven't been there in ummmmmmmm.. a year ??)  But I did buy the Leslie Sansome Walking Slim 5 CD set at Sam's Club.   I'm going to keep a look out for Richard Simmons on DVD also.  It wouldn't hurt to have a few different things to switch around with.

So far I am on day 2 of getting up at 4:45 a.m. to do the walking thing.   It is much easier to get up and stumble downstairs to do the workout than it was getting up at 4:30 to drive to BV.    This is actually Day 3 of the workouts though, because I did it on Friday as well, even though I didn't get up at o' dark thirty to do it!

Trying to get back to basics with the eating also.   While I cannot eat quantities without pouch rebellion, I was starting to graze and make really poor choices.   Have cut out my glass(es) of wine in the evening.   That can be a weekend thing, but no more weeknight event!!!

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
