What's on YOUR menu today?
Okay, so I checked their menu - protein wise and fat wise, you'd be making a better choice going with the Chicken Breakfast Burrito, although it has about 20 more calories than the fried chicken biscuit. I know, I know, you're not eating the biscuit.
What about Greek yogurt? You know if all of us eat it, it can't be all bad. If you can plan to go to the gym, you can plan your meals. You can do this, I know you can!!! And you know I'll help you!!!
What about eggs? Do you like hard boiled eggs?
So......the day's half over and you're JUST starting on your FIRST bottle of water?
