Cira 249/144.0 current/goal 154/ 5'3" 10 lbs below my Dr's goal
So far,
S/B - Protein shake ****d coffee with instant decaf, protein powder, Davinci Kahluha syrup, equal, & creamer)
B - Kashi Cinnamon something oatmeal
L - salad with carefully measured bacon bits, cheese, turkey, artichoke hearts & olives
Still to go
Afternoon S - 4 oz light vanilla yogurt & strawberry slices
D - pot roast (with not sure what .. but the beef will probably be all my pouch will handle anyway)
In getting back to basics, will try for another protein shake when I get home from work before dinner.
Get dinner cleaned up, make lunches for tomrrow, and get upstairs so there is no temptation for any snacking AFTER dinner.

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Never did get the yogurt & strawberry snack in, so I think after donner I'm going to make a protein shake with frozen strawberries! mmmmmmm .. I hope .. lol
I still love my Chilcress .. BUT .. I"ve found a new wine .. Black Box Wines !!! REALLY good ..

Hey sweetie .. I'm hanging in ... I'm swamped at work and no time to be looking at the board. The good news is .. I've not snacked or nibbled during the day .. I've been able to stick with my food plan pretty well. Unfortunately, the scale is NOT cooperating .. so I'm getting frustrated .. but I will NOT give up!!! I do feel so much better without the carbs and junk.

The butternut squash soup sounds yummy, too, but I haven't tried it yet!!
