So is the chicken grilled or fried?  Does Chick Fil-A give you a choice?  I don't care for their fried - the breading seems "off" to me.

I won't beat you up about the rest, you know what you need to do.  That's where this post comes in handy - it helps you plan and gives you some ideas.

How 'bout your water intake?

OMG!  Chickfila makes the best chicken!!!!!!  And they just opened one up on Washington Blvd near where I live.  I'm going there when I graduate to solids!

Breakfast - a cup of cottage cheese

Lunch - V8 Butternut Squash Soup with  1 ounce of super sharp white cheese - to nibble on

Dinner - pureed (hey I'm in week 1 of pureed okay? LOL) broiled & trimmed rib eye steak with leftover black eye peas and mashed potatoes if there's any more room.

In between meals, I'll be drowning in 4 different flavors of water

Then a cup of Carb Smart Rocky Road Icecream for dessert tonight!

Cira - thanks for that recipe!  I think I'm going to fix that for game day this weekend.

I've heard that the white bean chili and white bean soup are the bomb - so thanks for setting the timer!  LOL!

One question though - how many pounds of beef is that?  And are the cubes like sugar cube sized or larger stew sized cubes that are chunky?

And the beans - they go in the crockpot dry, not soaked overnight or anything?

Eggs do not sit well at all :  On matter how they are prepared.

I know I asked for this :  I am determined too get too oneunderland and as of this
AM that is 37 Lbs. away.  I have a goal of hitting it by November 1 - the next
"CRUISE TO LOSE"   -  SO THATS  like  only 3.4 Lbs. a month -  its not going too be
easy BUT I CAN AND WILL  DO IT.   I want to do the zipline this trip LOL -  can you believe
it???

I am so sorry I was so behind in reading my messages.

Did you get to make the soup? The beans you do not need to soak.  They will cook nicely in the crock pot. The meat you can cut it cube like but any size you like is just fine.  We made a lentil one woth neck bones, some cooking ham (they sell a round 1 inch thick cooking ham) we put some of that in there and some steak cut in cubes it was equally yummy but my small navy beans are my favorite.

How are you doing?

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

that's mah girl!!!!  btw......I need to tell you about this guy I am talking to.......OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

Today so far I had

4 strips of veggie bacon and my quaker weight control cinnamon oatmeal for breakfast

for lunch I had fat free cottage cheese with bacon bits in it (I love bacon bits in my cottage cheese......gives it a nice crunch and loads of flavor not to mention a few more grams of protein)

For Dinner I"m not sure what I'm going to have.....probably some baked chicken with a spice rub and a stick of string cheese or a handful of whole cashews.
