Avon Breast Cancer Walk

Anyone ever done it? Tell me your experience. This is something that I have always wanted to do and I think I'm going to try to do the walk in May. How hard do you think it will be to raise the $1800 required to enter? Do you have any tips on fundraising? training?

I have never done it but if you invite all your friends, co workers and family to donate
you can easily reach your goal.

Wow. I knew it was a 2 day walk but didn't realize it was so expensive to enter. I guess if you start early and get a lot of pledges you could get the 1800. There is a website called the couch to 5K plan and it is a good plan to gradually get in shape for an event like this.
