3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY!!!

Good morning!!!  Wow!!  I'm liking this working while everyone's off - traffic is virtually non-existent!!!!  Evidently, it IS possible to get from Essex to Pikesville in 20 minutes!!!!  Oh....wait....that was in the fast lane!!!!  LOL!!!  We have one very sick little K at home with walking pneumonia - poor lil thing!!!  Crossing my fingers that B doesn't share - I'm amazed he doesn't have anything yet.  Mom's sick, too, hers is asthma related from the change in the weather!!  SIGH.

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  That the big, ugly, nasty, distasteful case is over here at work (with the exception of the residual paperwork).  Obviously, I can't talk about it, but it was one of the uglier ones I've seen in my almost 24 years on the job.

2.  Starbucks!!  'Nuff said.  Aaah!

3.  That I'm actually ahead of the game as far as purging stuff for the new year.  Woo-hoo!!!!

Hope everyone has a good day!!  I'm going to TRY to take off tomorrow - almost afraid to ask!!!  We'll see!!!

That when I went to the kitchen this morning, my tropical dream cake was beginning to grow mold, so down the disposer it went.  WOOOOOHOOOO!!!  One down and about 10 more to go.

Hope that K gets better soon.  She must be absolutely miserable!   I am enjoying the milder weather myself but I know it's going to play havoc with my sinuses and I'll be a mess when the temps drop again.   I just want it to pick a season and stick with it for more than a few days at a time.  But then, I live in Maryland . what else should I expect???

I feel like such a bad pseudo-Mom - she'd been fighting what I thought was a cold for two weeks, and the last time she had a cold, there was nothing they could do, so......

Yes, I know she has adults truly responsible for her, but you know me!!!!

Ugh!!  Sinuses!!!!  Mom suffers from sinus issues terribly, but fortunately, since I had sinus surgery in 2004, I've not had any more problems.  Good thing, too, cause I don't know that I'd want to undergo THAT again!!!!

Thankful for the post op appointment that I'll have today - it coulda been next year, ya know?

Thankful that none of the Pittsburgh fans are running through the office yelling Go Dolphins!  They are off today......SNICKER
