3 Things for Christmas Eve
GOOD MORNING MARYLAND
Well I hope some of you will keep me company on the board today. I know so many
people have off today and since I have to be here I'll be checking the boards
so chime in and keep me company.
1. That for the most part I am ready for Christmas : just some last minute cleaning
to be done.
2. That my sister is going to pick up the platters for the get together tomorrow night.
3. That my pouch still works: sometimes I find that out the hard way like last night -
but even though I hate getting sick its nice too know the pouch is doing what
it should : even if my mind isn't.
4. For my OH friends who enrich my life daily. i hope I can be of as much help to others
as you all have been to me.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE
Merry Christmas Eve!!! I've been up since 5, out since 6, and now I'm at my brother's checking on B and heading back home to bake some cakes. Ran into Jay Pelham (Daddy to my favorite Milk Belly), who get the "pleasure" of seeing me sans makeup. Poor Jay!!! Last time I saw him, he was heading for the kitchen aisle for a sharp knife to gouge out his eyes!!!! LOL!!!
Oh, my B is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO out of control this a.m.!! He's like a little footie-pj'd ping pong ball. He's the only one up, and I'm almost afraid to leave him here by himself. I'm not sure the house will still be standing!!!
Today, I'm grateful for:
1. The Middle River VFC - These men and women, for as long as I can remember, have brought their vehicles and Santa to the community neighborhoods. Last night's procession included 5 shiny pieces of equipment, Santa and some really hot firemen!!! I may take some cookies to them if we have time today, if not, KB and I will stop by there on NYE to take them some goodies. First responders, paid AND volunteers, are SO underappreciated!!!
2. My OH family. Love you guys. Can't say that enough.
3. That aside from baking a couple of cakes today, I'm pretty much done!! WOO-HOO!!!
Have a wonderful day!!!
Merry Christmas,
Tia
