I use Medic Alert (www.medicalert.org) . There is an annual fee, but you can keep your medical information up to date on line and have contact phone numbers for family and doctors associated with your membership number as well. When I ordered my bracelet, I worked with a customer service rep at Medic Alert to determine what we should have engraved on the bracelet. She was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and what I might want to have.
If you are going to get a bracelet, please keep in mind that it should LOOK like a medic alert bracelet, not a piece of jewelry. I have had more than one emergency response person say that they have overlooked bracelets that are beaded and have a 'charm' hanging from them.
Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
