I rent my basement out and have since my divorce, I need to in order to afford to stay there.  My current tenant moves in a few weeks and I have not re-rented yet.  So if you know of anyone that may be interested in a 6 month lease, $650/mo, basement efficiency, utilities included, please let me know!
