The same thing happens to me.  All the gifts on a table right outside my office door.  Right now there is a box of Whitman's, 2 boxes of truffles, a chocolate cake, hazelnut cookies and a 5 gallon tin of Fishers caramel popcorn on it.  I can't wait until it's gone!!!

Hi Aaron,

You definitely do not to hide and just eat peanuts.  It is all about making good choices and socializing.  If there is something you would like to try a spoonful is just fine and you move on.  I do that and I don't care what anyone around me has to say. Is that all you want to eat? I look at them and say yup! That is all I wanted.  lol

Have a great day!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Well I survived!  I sat in the cafeteria with everyone and ate out of my can of peanuts and had a slice of cheese :)  Nothing really appealed to me so I just ate peanuts and cheese!  A protein extravaganza!  LOL oh and it was REGULAR cheese!  So there's my wild food moment for today LOL

yay!! You survived I did too! They had roast beef and steamed veggies as one of the selections so I was like...perfect!! So I got to enjoy and socialize :-) I did pass by the dessert tray and I swear just looking at those yummy brownies goodness, made me dump...lol

At least I had the willpower to resist though! I thank God for my tool because without it, I prob would have least eaten two brownies!
