Congratulations Denise. I just had my paperwork submitted this past Friday. I have Dr. Magnuson, and our Ins. is US Family Health. With the holidays coming, I doubt that my paperwork will be too important until the holidays are gone.
Did you say you had your paperwork in for a month ? Or did I mis-read that ? I know you must be so excitied !! Keep us informed. The very best to you on your upcoming surgery and you will be in my thought and prayers.

I did give her my paperwork about a month before she submitted it. Thankfully it didn't take the 30-45 days she thought it would. I really liked Dr. Magnuson from the information session.

Now it is just time to read, research and learn all I can so I do this thing right! I've even jumped into counseling because I have just done this for too many years to not have someone to bounce issues off of. Thanks again for the well wishes and I'll post you when I get my date!
