Me too :  I need a baby fix:  just got word this morning my cousins daughter just lost
her baby :  she was only 8 weeks into the preg. and the Dr's think there was a
heart defect . 

btw...skulldoctor is kinda cute ;)

Today, I'm grateful for:

1. I got some more unpacking done last night (... even though going through boxes of clothing is a chore). I'm hoping to have the main level and upstairs completely taken care of by Saturday!

2. My Christmas Tea party for 10 on Sunday afternoon.
Isn't that how that song goes? Tea for Ten? LoL!

3. The ability to sponsor a family of 5 for Christmas from the local elementary school.

That's wonderful that you're helping that family out.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of needy families in our area.  Kudos to you!!!

Hi Tia,

Just getting a bit of time on the board during a teleconference.  Hope you got tons of shopping done last night.

Today I'm grateful...

1.  That my raise was effective on Saturday so my next paycheck will be a little bit bigger.  Good timing since Mike lost his job yesterday...Grrr...Tia knows the haps on that.

2.  That I only have 2 days after today until Christmas/New Years break...sorry Tia!!!!

3.  My OH friends and just being able to gain so much knowledge from the various boards.  I particularly like suggestions for varied foods to eat.  Just tried the Crustless Bacon and Feta Quiche from Trader Joe's.  Found it in the frozen food aisle and it's a good size for post-ops...maybe a tad too large because I'm pretty full, but not too bad.

MAJOR SUCKAGE!!!  Particularly on the timing.  I'm really sorry. 

Don't be sorry about my leave - if you look back, it's not often that I work a full week anyway!!!!  This case they're working on is too important for them not to have some help.  It'll all work out!!!

I LOVE Trader Joe's!!!  Road trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Which one do you go to?

I go to the one in Annapolis but it's kind of small...I'm going to go to the one in Fairfax, VA when I'm at my sister's around Christmas.  That one is much larger!
