OT: Good news!!!!

I feel you on that.  I'm dishing out a good amount of money for a monthly rental.  But just think if we had bought 2 or 3 years ago and that money went down the drain.  At least you have the opportunity to actually GROW your investment!!!!

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!!!!!!  I'll be registered at crate and barrel ;)  LOL  Just kidding!  I should close by the end of May or earlier...depending on when they finish building the house.  Right now they only have 2 contracts and I figure they are waiting on a third before they start construction on the row of townhouses where I'll be.  I'm just excited to go next weekend to pick all the colors!!!!

Aaron...congrats!!!  I remember how excited I was when I bought my first house (also a townhouse) and I didn't even get to pick out colors, flooring, or anything else.  You will be so much happier owning than renting!!
