Congrats Aaron! One day we hope to buid a house from the ground up. But the one we have now does us quite well so I don't see that happening unless we actually move away from here.  How exciting for you!

Well, it looks like I'm the last one to find out, but CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  I think you are doing exactly the right thing.  This is a great market to make a commitment to a new home!!!!  I'm hoping to do the same thing in the next 6 to 10 months.

Thanks Lisa!  Yeah I thought now would be a great time to jump on it because the house really is totally within my budget and the mortgage payments will probably be about $235 LESS than what I'm paying in rent right now so I'm just glad that soon I won't be throwing my money away anymore.
