OT: Good news!!!!

Well.....I think I just bought a house!!!!!!!!!!!  i have a contract on one...let's just say that :)  so I'm going to be moving in the next few months because the house hasn't been built yet.  I'm moving to Hedgesville, WV (about 30 minutes south of hagerstown) and i'm so nervous/excited and anxious......and right now kinda numb since I just signed all those papers at the sales office.  Maybe it hasn't sunk in yet.  this is my first home to own and I think I am doing it the right way.  I go next week to pick out the colors I want in the house :)

Awesome, Aaron!  That is huge.  I know you will love picking out all the colors and options.  Congratulations on getting a contract toward becoming a homeowner.  We'll want pictures when it's all finished. Hugs,

I know the feeling you are feeling right now. It will take a while to really sink in.  It sunk in for us when we moved in.  lol

Yeah!!!!!  WOOHOO!  That's great news Aaron!  The next thing on our agenda after Lacie arrives is to get our realtor over here to put ours on the market and make the move up to PA.

yeah!!!!  you know York won't be too too far away.....just a straight shot up 81 to 30  :)  We'll have to plan a big party!

I know, I didn't realize how close it is.  When I think of where you are and will be I always thought it's way west when it really isn't!  I'm so excited for you!!!!  Have fun picking your colors/woods/flooring!!!!

Congrats Aaron on your HUGE purchase. I can't wait until my hubby retires and we can finally buy our own. I would love to see pics when it's all done. Yay for you. Is this your gift to yourself for all your hard work? lol
