DUSTY IS A LOSER!!!!!!!!

WOO-HOO!!!!!  Pam, Dusty's wife just called - the surgery went well, a little longer than expected, and although Dusty had HOPED to come home tonight (he IS a man, after all), the doctor said, "No way!"  So, barring any complications, Dusty will be home tomorrow. 

He said he'll call me himself later - we'll see!!!!  I'll keep you updated!!!

WOOHOO Dusty!  Take it easy and welcome to the losing side of things!  And man or not, letting a newly banded person leave before those 23 hours are up (that is counted from when you get IN YOUR ROOM, NOT SURGERY) would just be crazy.  I'm not sure WHY some docs let people go home right after banding.  It's major abdominal surgery.
